02 Do I need technical knowledge to use Tempo?
Nope. Download, turn on location, and you're set. The whole app is built around one-tap interactions.
03 How long does it take to set up?
Under a minute. Sign up with Apple ID or email, allow location, and the map is live.
04 Where can I find documentation?
The in-app FAQ covers everything. Email support@skipthewait.app for anything else.
05 Do I need a credit card to start?
No — the free tier is free forever, no card required. A card is only needed for Tempo Pro after the 7-day trial.
06 Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Anytime. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, so you can cancel or change tiers in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
